Executive Network Legal Ltd in West Midlands is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Associate Director with 1-3 years PQE. You will handle business sales, acquisitions, reorganisations, shareholder arrangements and commercial contracts, supported by experienced lawyers.

You will manage your own matters and contribute to larger, more complex transactions alongside senior colleagues, with hybrid and flexible working options and a clear pathway to career progression.

Qualifications

• 1-3 Years PQE in corporate commercial law.
• Experience across corporate transactions and/or commercial contracts.
• Ambitious to progress toward Associate level.

THE ROLE:

• You will build your experience across areas such as business sales and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, commercial contracts and general business advice.
• Opportunity to manage your own work while also contributing to larger and more complex transactions alongside senior members of the team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with between 1-3 Years PQE
• Are comfortable managing your own matters while knowing when to seek guidance
• Have experience across a range of corporate transactions and/or commercial contracts
• Enjoy getting to know clients and understanding the businesses behind the legal issues
• Take a practical, commercially minded approach to problem-solving
• Want to develop your profile and contribute to business development and networking opportunities
• Are ambitious about progressing your career and working towards Associate level
