Job summary

Cowell Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Account Executive in Exeter to manage a portfolio of commercial and/or personal line clients and deliver outstanding service. This onsite/hybrid role offers a clear path to progression and a salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience.

You will build strong client relationships, handle documentation accurately, and work with the Branch Manager to meet objectives and FCA requirements. Training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail to review client documentation and quotes.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Support Commercial Account Executives in achieving renewal retention and FCA compliance.
• Willingness to learn and progress in a Commercial Account Handler role.
• Ability to process data accurately on relevant systems to support client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial and/or personal lines clients and provide outstanding service.
• Be a key point of contact for clients, building lasting relationships.
