Job summary

TrainMore UK is seeking a Club Manager in Marlow to lead daily operations, drive commercial performance, and shape a high‑performance team culture. You’ll own club results, manage budgets and KPIs, and mentor staff from front desk to trainers.

Ideal candidates show proven sales success, hospitality experience, strong communication, and a hands‑on leadership style rooted in accountability and a passion for fitness. This role focuses on member growth, retention, and brand leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with KPI delivery.
• Background in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on leadership with team development experience.
• Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
• Personal interest in fitness/health and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily club operations from member experience to safety and cleanliness.
• Own the club’s commercial performance, including budgets and KPIs.
• Drive local sales and marketing to grow the member base.
• Recruit, train and develop the team from front desk to trainers and cleaners.
• Create a positive, professional team culture that drives engagement.
• Be the go-to person for members and staff; set the tone and lead by example.
• Act as the local face of TrainMore and ensure brand standards.
• Collaborate with HQ and regional teams on goals and strategy.
• Coach your team to think proactively and act accordingly.
• Find ways to control costs without sacrificing quality.
