Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the Telford and Shropshire area. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, supervise learning and support pupils in the absence of their regular teacher.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months in a school setting, a degree, strong classroom management and a calm, proactive approach. This role offers varied experience across local schools and a flexible schedule to support daily emergency cover and longer
