Job summary

BH Live is recruiting for Casual Health and Fitness Advisors to join BH Live Active – Corfe Mullen in East Dorset. The role involves day-to-day gym operations, instructing customers on safe usage, and delivering fitness programs.

You will work weekends, bank holidays and evenings, be a positive team player with excellent communication, and hold a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (Level 3 desirable). Onsite parking and gym membership are provided.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive team player with leisure industry experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the gym and ensure the provision of a first-class facility.
• Instruct and provide advice to customers on safe usage.
• Design, implement and promote gym floor classes, workouts, gym challenges, events and further services.
• Provide fitness advice and training programmes for customers.
• Promote and provide a positive experience to all users of the centre.
• Be willing to assist at other sites and departments if needed.
