Four Seasons Hampshire seeks a Casual Fitness Instructor to join our team on a flexible, casual basis. You will deliver an outstanding fitness experience, provide professional guidance, and support members and guests in achieving health goals.

Key duties include gym inductions, safety, ongoing motivation, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification is essential.
• Experience in a gym, leisure, or fitness environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming experience for members and guests.
• Conduct gym inductions and demonstrate safe use of equipment.
• Deliver fitness support, advice, and motivation to help members achieve their goals.
• Monitor the fitness suite to ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain high cleanliness and presentation of facilities.
• Support delivery of fitness classes and wellbeing activities where required.
• Carry out routine health and safety checks and report issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and industry standards.
• Assist with member enquiries and contribute to a positive fitness community.
