Job summary

Millennium Hotels UK is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant for The Chelsea Harbour Hotel. The role requires a friendly, personable individual passionate about food and drink, delivering excellent service all day, every day.

• Experience in hospitality and food & beverage is desirable.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm in busy environments.

• Knowledgeable with all menus and able to describe dishes to guests.
• Mise en place and setup after each service.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness after every service.
• Collect relevant food items from kitchen before service in a timely manner.
• Remain calm and friendly during busy periods.
• Personalise and engage with guests at every opportunity.
