Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking a Childcare Setting Manager at Bromham CofE Primary School for term-time hours. You will lead a small team to provide safe, engaging sessions for children aged 4–11, spanning mornings and afternoons with a break in between.

The role offers 25 hours per week at £13.80 per hour, with opportunities to increase hours during Holiday Club seasons and Lunchtime Cover. This is a fantastic first step into management within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Lead a small team and deliver sports, arts, games, and structured play.
• Create safe, exciting, and enriching experiences for children aged 4–11.
• Split shift mornings and afternoons with a break between sessions.

Responsibilities

• Greet children each morning and afternoon with energy and enthusiasm.
• Lead after-school activities such as arts & crafts, team challenges, drama, and multi-sports.
• Plan sessions that are age-appropriate, inclusive, and fun.
