Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Experience or interest in marketing, brand management or sales.
• Proactive, detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admin tasks, calendar organisation and meeting room bookings.
• Lead on PO processing, tracking and timely payments.
• Manage product sample tracker with budget adherence.
• Handle customer service inbox and respond to consumer queries.
• Support digital marketing with newsletters for Eau Thermale Avène.
• Assist with brand management and internal communications in Reading.
• Coordinate travel, events and meetings for marketing and sales.
• Onboard new agencies and manage due diligence processes.
