Job summary

Pierre Fabre UK is hiring a Sales & Marketing Co Ordinator in Reading. You will be the backbone of the team, organising and coordinating to deliver strategy and growth targets. You will report to the Business Unit Director and support iconic dermo-cosmetic brands.

You will manage admin tasks, coordinate events, assist with newsletters, handle inquiries, and drive internal brand communication. A proactive, detail‑oriented approach is essential in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Central point of contact for operational queries across marketing and sales.
• Self-starter, solution minded, highly organised, detail orientated, pro-active
• Experience or a strong interest in marketing, brand management or sales.
• Ability to efficiently manage and prioritise multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing tools is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent higher education qualification

Responsibilities

• Administration tasks: calendar organisation and meeting room booking.
• Be the lead in the team for raising PO's on time, ensuring they are receipted and paid on time for activity.
• Leading the product sample tracker ensuring all samples are accounted for with no overspend versus budget.
• Manage our customer service inbox - responding to consumer queries in a timely manner.
• Lead on our Product information management system which collates all product data and images for e-retailers.
• Digital & Influencer Marketing tasks: assist with product send outs and newsletters for Eau Thermale Avène.
• Brand Management: be the voice of marketing internally and organise townhall events and homepage announcements.
• Sales Team tasks: complete line forms for retailers and coordinate retailer meetings.
• New Agency Collaboration: coordinate due diligence, onboarding and training for new agencies.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for marketing and sales teams; order office stationery.
