Job summary

FM Conway in Erith (Greater London) is seeking a hardworking Multi Skilled Operative to operate the Erith Asphalt Plant and related equipment to support production. You will join us on a permanent basis, working a mix of day and night shifts.

You will need a full UK driving licence, be a team player with good communication, and be health and safety conscious. This role offers development opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Team player with good communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Flexible, computer literate and health and safety conscious.
• Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner in line with FMC procedures.
• Load material onto vehicles.
• Carry out loading shovel operations as required.
• Operate weighbridge functions as required.
• Follow site Health & Safety procedures.
• Contribute to overall well-being and profitability of the site and the business.
