FM Conway in Erith (Greater London) is seeking a hardworking Multi Skilled Operative to operate the Erith Asphalt Plant and related equipment to support production. You will join us on a permanent basis, working a mix of day and night shifts.

You will need a full UK driving licence, be a team player with good communication, and be health and safety conscious. This role offers development opportunities and a supportive team environment.

• Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable.

Multi Skilled Operative

Erith, Greater London

FM Conway are searching for an enthusiastic Multi Skilled Operative to join us at our Erith Asphalt Plant. As our Multi Skilled Operative you will need to operate the plant and associated equipment to facilitate production of materials for our customer's needs. You will join us on a permanent basis, working a mixture of day and night shifts.

The duties of the Plant Operative role will include:

• Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner that complies with FMC procedures
• Loading of material onto vehicles
• Undertaking all loading shovel operations as required
• Operating all weighbridge functions as required
• Following site Health & Safety procedures
• Contributing to overall well‑being and profitability of the site and the business

What skills and experience do you need?

To be considered for this role it is essential that you are a team player, with good communications skills and a full UK driving license. You will be flexible, computer literate and health and safety conscious. Previous experience within a similar role would be desirable.
