Job summary

FM Conway is seeking an enthusiastic Multi Skilled Operative to join our Croydon Asphalt Plant. You will operate the plant and related equipment to facilitate production for our customers. This permanent role involves a mix of day and night shifts.

A full UK driving licence, teamwork, good communications and a health and safety focus are essential. Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable. You will contribute to the overall well-being and profitability of the site while adhering

Responsibilities

• Operate plant and associated equipment to facilitate production of materials.
• Load material onto vehicles and undertake loading shovel operations as required.
• Operate all weighbridge functions as required.
• Follow site Health & Safety procedures.
• Contribute to the overall well-being and profitability of the site and the business.
