Job summary

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT application incidents, problems and service requests in line with ITIL practices.
• Maintain and update IT application support documentation and change records.
• Liaise with IT suppliers to resolve incidents and monitor application performance.
• Provide ad-hoc training to support staff and end-users on supported applications.
• Participate in disaster recovery activities and ensure availability and security requirements are met.
