Job summary

Salt is recruiting for two DV Cleared Call Coordinators to join a high-profile environment in Westminster, providing communications and conferencing support to VIP and VVIP users. This role focuses ~90% on call coordination and conferencing, with ~10% offering basic 1st line IT/service desk support.

You will coordinate and manage important calls and conference calls for VIP/VVIP users, ensuring communications are established quickly, accurately and professionally, while maintaining discretion

Qualifications

• Experience in switchboard or communications operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate conference calls.
• Experience in government, defence or other secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and coordinate conference calls for VIP and VVIP users.
• Manage incoming and outgoing call requests.
• Connect multiple participants and ensure calls are established correctly.
• Provide a highly professional, discreet service to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage conferencing requirements.
• Respond quickly to urgent or high-priority requests.
• Provide basic 1st line IT support when required.
• Log and escalate technical issues to appropriate support teams.
