A leading telecommunications provider in the UK is seeking a specialist to manage and maintain learning and development activities across various projects. This role requires DV Security Clearance and offers the chance to work with innovative technology on impactful projects. Candidates should have experience in developing secure training initiatives and working with high-profile stakeholders. Qualifications

• Experience of working in the technical space and/or Telco Industries - MANDATORY.
• Experience of implementing and running highly complex secure training programmes – MANDATORY.
• Experience of writing technical training bids across secure programmes – MANDATORY.
• Working across several high-profile stakeholders - MANDATORY.
• Management of BT Security Policy, Assurance and Compliance – MANDATORY.
• Management of HM Government Security Policy, Assurance and Compliance – MANDATORY.

• Manage, create, and maintain learning and development activities.
• Define and develop training strategy and policy.
• Create technical documentation for L&D activities.
• Determine strategy to fulfill contractual training obligations.
