Job summary

CBSbutler is seeking a DV-cleared Test Lead to manage testing for a major UK Defence programme based in Reading. The role covers SAP and Azure DevOps environments, leading end-to-end testing and coordinating across technical and delivery teams.

Key requirements include MOD/Defence experience and current DV clearance, along with strong stakeholder management and on-site work capabilities in a highly secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across SAP and Azure DevOps environments.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, scenarios and schedules.
• Coordinate functional, integration, system and acceptance testing.
• Manage test execution, defect identification, tracking and resolution.
• Use Azure DevOps to manage test cases, defects, requirements and reporting.
• Work closely with SAP technical and functional teams to support effective testing.
• Provide clear reporting on test progress, risks, issues and quality.
• Coordinate with project and delivery teams to ensure testing aligns with programme milestones.
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
