Job summary

CBSbutler is seeking an experienced SAP Engineering / Admin Consultant to support a major UK defence client in a highly secure environment. You will work across manufacturing, engineering, procurement and resource planning processes, providing practical SAP-enabled support to business users, engineers and technical teams.

Solid knowledge of MRP, procurement, and SAP integration with TeamCenter is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP-enabled business processes.
• Understanding of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) and production planning.
• Knowledge of SAP purchasing and procurement processes, including purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Experience supporting SAP users and business operations.
• Exposure to TeamCenter / PLM environments.
• Awareness of SAP-to-TeamCenter integration and data exchange.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP-enabled business processes across manufacturing and engineering environments.
• Provide operational and administrative support for MRP and production planning activities.
• Support procurement, purchasing and inventory management processes.
• Investigate and resolve system and process-related issues.
• Support data flows and integration between SAP and associated enterprise systems.
• Assist with SAP and TeamCenter integration and related engineering processes.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Produce and maintain documentation, procedures and operational guidance.
• Support business-critical processes within a highly regulated and secure environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant security and operational procedures.
