Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Lead Test Engineer / Test Coordinator with Active DV clearance for a 6-month on-site role in the Dorset area. The role involves autonomous test leadership in a Data Centre environment, with travel to London as needed.

You will own test coordination, perform IP testing across telecoms and Windows systems, and accelerate test streams to hit key milestones. On-site only, 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading test teams in telecoms/IP testing.
• Strong Windows and data centre testing background.
• Ability to work autonomously on-site with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of test coordination and execution within a physical Data Centre.
• Work on-site with engineer and admin support to drive results.
• Perform end-to-end IP testing and verification across telecoms and Windows-based systems.
• Accelerate test streams to advance project milestones.
