Areti Group is seeking aDelivery Admin Assistant / Project Support Administrator in Cheltenham. Hybrid role with a minimum of three days on site, and a fast start for candidates with DV clearance.

You’ll coordinate meetings, maintain RAID logs, handle onboarding and security clearance admin, and help the team work smarter through improved processes. A proactive, detail‑led administrator will thrive in this small, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin, project support or PMO, ideally in national security
• Strong organisation and a real eye for detail
• Ownership: you follow tasks through to the end

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, take actions and follow them up with owners
• Keep project trackers, reports and RAID logs accurate and up to date
• Manage onboarding, IT access requests and security clearance admin
• Improve processes and help the team work smarter
