Job summary

Experis in Cheltenham seeks an experienced DV Cleared Project Manager to lead delivery of high-profile government and defence programmes. You will manage complex projects, navigate secure environments, and coordinate cross-functional teams across locations.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, budgeting and reporting, and adherence to time, cost and quality targets. Onsite 3-4 days per week with DV clearance process.

Qualifications

• DV clearance required and willingness to obtain DV clearance.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects in secure, defence or regulated environments.
• Full project lifecycle management including plans, budgets, risks and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong leadership to motivate high-performing project teams and excellent communication.
• Analytical problem-solving and adherence to methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects aligned to client objectives.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
• Direct and support project teams across locations and disciplines.
• Ensure delivery within time, cost, quality and performance targets.
• Develop relationships with clients and key stakeholders; produce reports and governance docs.
• Facilitate communication between technical, operational and business stakeholders.
• Support Agile delivery and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity and inclusivity in delivery.
