Job summary

Kerv is seeking a Lead Power Platform Developer (DV Cleared) to steer technical delivery in the Power Platform realm across Dataverse, Power Apps, Automate, and Azure integrations. You will guide other developers, set standards, and ensure secure, scalable enterprise solutions.

Hybrid role with site visits to London, Nottingham or Longbridge; strong leadership, hands-on development, and DV clearance are essential. Certifications such as PL-400/600/200 or equivalent are preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building Power Pages, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong Dataverse data modelling, security, rules and environment management.
• Proven experience in Power Automate with error handling and monitoring.
• C# plug-ins and server-side development within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Experience with PCF development using TypeScript and React.
• Delivery of Power Pages with security, ALM, and Dataverse integration.
• Strong ALM, DevOps and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Ability to integrate Power Platform with external systems via APIs and Azure services.
• Knowledge of Power Platform security, governance and best practices.
• Technical leadership, mentoring and delivering scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of Power Platform solutions end-to-end.
• Design secure, scalable solutions with architects and customers.
• Balance low-code, pro-code and Azure-based tech choices.
• Provide hands-on development for complex apps, integrations and AI features.
• Review work quality and enforce best practices across teams.
• Establish technical standards and governance across delivery teams.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Mentor juniors and raise delivery capability.
• Support planning, estimation and risk tracking for projects.
• Contribute to discovery, proofs of concept and customer demos.
• Promote DevOps/DevSecOps and release automation.
• Ensure security, performance and accessibility requirements.
• Draft technical documentation and deployment guides.
