Job summary

Kerv is seeking a Lead Power Platform Developer with active DV clearance to lead the delivery of Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Dataverse and Automate. Hybrid work with office visits to London, Nottingham or Longbridge, and collaboration with Solution Architects to design secure, scalable enterprise solutions.

You will guide a team of developers, set standards, and ensure secure implementations while hands-on building where needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building Power Platform solutions (Power Pages, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps)
• Strong Dataverse data modelling, security, and environment management
• Proven Power Automate development with error handling and monitoring
• Hands-on development with C# plug-ins, Custom APIs and server-side development
• Knowledge of PCF development using TypeScript, React and front-end practices
• Experience integrating Power Platform with external systems via APIs and Azure services
• Good governance, security, and ALM practices for Power Platform
• Excellent stakeholder communication, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Active DV Clearance and Microsoft certifications such as PL-400/PL-600 or AZ-204

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio)
• Design secure, scalable solutions with Solution Architects and customers
• Balance low-code, pro-code and Azure technologies to solve business problems
• Provide hands-on development for complex apps, integrations, and AI-powered solutions
• Review code and enforce development standards, testing and deployment practices
• Maintain technical standards and governance across delivery teams
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analysis across the Power Platform stack
• Mentor developers and support knowledge transfer
• Contribute to discovery, presales and customer demonstrations
• Deliver training and guidance to customers, end users and administrators
• Stay current with Microsoft technologies and share insights with teams
