Job summary

Kerv Digital is hiring a Lead Power Platform Developer in the UK. This hybrid role combines hands-on development with technical leadership across Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure integrations, working with clients and internal teams.

You will own technical delivery, set standards, review approaches, mentor developers and ensure secure, scalable solutions. Active DV clearance and Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building Power Platform solutions (Power Apps/Power Pages/Dataverse).
• Strong expertise in Dataverse security, data modelling and environment management.
• Proven ability to lead delivery, review architecture and mentor developers.
• Experience integrating with Azure services and DevOps pipelines.
• Active DV Clearance and Microsoft certifications (PL-400/600/200 etc).

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of Power Platform solutions across apps and Dataverse.
• Design secure, scalable solutions with Solution Architects and customers.
• Decide the mix of low-code and Azure technologies to meet business needs.
• Provide hands-on development for complex apps, integrations and automations.
• Review quality, enforce best practices in design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Establish technical standards and governance across teams.
• Mentor developers and improve delivery capability.
• Contribute to discovery, presales and customer demonstrations.
• Drive ALM, DevOps and release management practices.
