Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking an Embedded Mechanical Design Engineer to join a multi-skilled Systems Engineering team supporting a leading missile project. You will translate customer needs into robust, verifiable requirements throughout the product lifecycle while working across disciplines.

The role requires a degree or HNC in mechanical engineering, strong CATIA V5 skills, and experience in manufacturing, materials, and design for manufacture. Onsite and hybrid work arrangements may apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Design or an HNC in mechanical engineering.
• Experience in weapon systems or defence domains is preferred.
• Trained in CATIA V5 and MBD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical Design activities as part of a Systems Engineering team to support a missile project.
• Translate customer needs into robust, verifiable system requirements throughout the lifecycle.
