Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a DV-cleared DevSecOps Engineer to lead and deliver DevSecOps solutions onsite in Basingstoke. The role focuses on building CI/CD pipelines, writing automation scripts (Ansible) and IaC (Terraform) with strong security engineering practices.

You will mentor engineers, work with the DevSecOps lead and product teams to align roadmaps with security and business outcomes, and drive secure, automated build/test processes on a 6-month contract basis.

Qualifications

• DV clearance required.
• Experience leading DevSecOps delivery within an Agile/sprint lifecycle.
• Hands-on with automation scripts and IaC artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Own significant aspects of the DevSecOps implementation and delivery.
• Lead technical implementation and design decisions; assess options.
• Advise on DevSecOps tooling and secure engineering practices to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps Lead, Product Owners and Scrum Master to prioritise work; manage risks.
• Ensure DevSecOps implementation aligns to security needs and business outcomes.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team planning and progress reporting.
• Define support approaches with service teams and coordinate with other teams.
