Job summary

LA International Computer Consultants Ltd is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer for delivery across secure build and test environments in the UK. The role requires hands-on automation, IaC with Terraform and Ansible, and building CI/CD pipelines to enable secure software releases.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevSecOps and automation.
• Hands-on Build Automation with Ansible.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Experience configuring and building CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of DevOps tooling and secure engineering processes.
• Experience mentoring engineers on technical implementation.
• Experience across Windows and Linux, agile delivery advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document reusable automation scripts and IaC artefacts.
• Configure, build and support CI/CD pipelines for secure automation.
• Lead technical implementation and design activities.
• Advise senior customers and engineering teams on DevSecOps tooling and practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Master to prioritise work.
• Ensure DevSecOps implementations meet requirements and security needs.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical decisions.
• Contribute to team planning and report progress to the Solution Owner.
• Define support approach with Service and Support teams.
• Engage with other teams to drive tooling adoption and manage dependencies.
