Job summary

Avanti Recruitment is seeking DV-cleared Data Engineers (mid to senior) for UK-based, hybrid roles across London, Bristol, Manchester and Belfast. You will build and own data pipelines on AWS, applying lakehouse and medallion architectures on secure client programmes.

The role spans end-to-end ingestion to consumption, with batch and streaming pipelines, governance and security choices, and close collaboration with data architects and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• DV clearance is required and must be active.
• Mid to senior level with hands-on AWS data engineering.
• Understanding of lakehouse, medallion architectures, streaming and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion to consumption.
• Work with lakehouse and medallion architectures.
• Develop batch and streaming pipelines and make storage/orchestration decisions.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into builds.
