Job summary
La Fosse is recruiting an experienced Commercial Lead to support a portfolio of defence innovation and emerging technology programmes in a highly secure environment.
The role requires navigating complex procurement challenges, delivering commercial strategies and end-to-end procurement across non-standard programmes, with DV clearance.
Hybrid working; London presence and remote options, with engagement across senior stakeholders and industry partners.
Qualifications
- Significant commercial leadership experience in defence/national security
- Proven track record delivering complex procurement outcomes
- Experience advising senior stakeholders in complex organisations
- Understanding public sector procurement regulations and governance
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial and procurement activity across innovation, emerging technology and R&D programmes.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with objectives.
- Provide strategic commercial advice to senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Manage end-to-end procurement activity including market engagement and contract award.
- Develop innovative procurement approaches to accelerate capability delivery.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks and ensure governance compliance.
