Job summary

PentenAmio Pty is recruiting for an Innovation Capture and Delivery Manager to join our Customer Engagement team in the UK. Hybrid role with on-site collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Marketing to drive innovation programmes.

You will build key customer relationships, identify opportunities for growth, support proposals and ensure delivery aligns with the Annual Operating Plan. DV clearance and UK security context are required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in building and managing customer relationships within complex environments.
• Experience identifying opportunities for innovation growth and new business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a key point of contact and developing a detailed understanding of their environment, requirements and priorities.
• Identify and develop opportunities to upsell and cross-sell PentenAmio products and services, supporting Business Development with customer engagements, proposals and requirements capture.
• Provide project management support to innovation delivery projects, coordinating resources across Engineering and Product Development to ensure successful delivery.
