Job summary

Tektora are seeking DV cleared 4th Line Cloud Support Engineers for a contract role on customer premises in Hampshire/Basingstoke. The role focuses on complex cloud escalations, VMware administration, and driving automation and resilience across multi-tenant environments.

Ideal candidates will have UK Sole National DV clearance, experience with Broadcom/VMware suites, ITIL/ITSM processes, and scripting capabilities (PowerShell or Python) to streamline tasks and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• DV clearance (UK Sole National) is required.
• Extensive cloud administration experience with VMware-based tools.
• Experience with multi-tenant cloud environments and ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Scripting for automation using PowerShell or Python.

Responsibilities

• Respond to complex escalations from 3rd Line engineers.
• Assist in problem management investigations and root cause analysis.
• Work extensively with VMware products and monitoring tools.
• Create automation to reduce manual tasks and downtime.
• Design resilience into the service and manage obsolescence.
• Collaborate with management and interact with customers daily.
