Job summary

Leidos is seeking a 3rd Line Engineer to join the Core Services team in Huntingdon, UK. You will diagnose complex incidents, provide advanced troubleshooting, and coordinate with 2nd line and customer stakeholders to ensure service levels are met.

The role covers VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, HCI and SAN storage, Windows Server environments, and Linux administration. A mix of on-site support and project work is expected, with ITIL practices and strong documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in managing complex IT systems and incidents.
• Experience withVirtualized and hyper-converged environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve 3rd line escalations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support and incident resolution.
• Perform system maintenance and proactive problem management.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and changes.
• Engage in projects and CRs to implement infrastructure improvements.
