The University of Reading is seeking a Duty Supervisor to support the Food and Beverage Manager in the operation of front of house guest services across campus outlets. You will ensure services run legally, responsibly and financially viable while exceeding guest expectations.
You will have opportunities to participate in projects and specialise in areas, applying innovative thinking to improve services and guest experiences within a diverse campus setting.

The Duty Supervisor will support the Food and Beverage Manager in the operation of front of house guest services, ensuring they run legally, responsibly & in a financially viable manner that meets and exceeds guest expectations.
You’ll be given the opportunity to participate on various projects and/or specialise in a particular area, giving you the opportunity to apply innovative thinking to come up with creative solutions to issues and problems our services face.
