City St George’s, University of London, CitySport is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee frontline leisure operations, supervise staff and maintain high service standards. The role includes supporting membership sales, lead generation and customer communications, with a rolling rota including early mornings and weekends.

You will be a customer-focused individual with experience in leisure or sport and be comfortable working within health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in leisure, sport, fitness or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Experience supervising staff and delivering customer service.
• Willingness to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends on a rolling rota.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of CitySport and ensure high standards of service, health and safety.
• Support membership sales, lead generation, and customer onboarding.
• Act as a point of contact for customers and operational escalations.
