Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Supervisor or Duty Manager or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver results.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve queries.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented, fully stocked store.
• Drive sales and profitability by improving performance and efficiency.
• Be a keyholder and cover store opening/closing when the Store Manager is unavailable.
