Job summary

Whitbread PLC's Inverness Centre (Riverness) Premier Inn is seeking a Duty Manager to help lead the hotel during shifts, working across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay.

The role offers a permanent contract with up to 40 guaranteed hours per week and pay up to £13.86 per hour. Training is provided and there are clear opportunities to progress toward a Hotel Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings
• Support and coach team members throughout the day
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant
• Spot issues early and put them right
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team
