Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Duty Manager at the Birmingham Central Fitness & Wellbeing Club to help deliver an exceptional experience for our members. This 16-hour-per-week role is part-time and involves opening/closing the club, engaging with members, and guiding colleagues to uphold top service standards.

The successful candidate will bring sales experience, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, with a customer-first approach and willingness to cover Lifeguard breaks as needed.

Qualifications

• As a Duty Manager at our gym, you'll bring demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly get to grips with our business.
• You're enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• You have a 'can do' attitude and you share our passion for excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
