Job summary

Crerar Hotels in Scotland and the Lake District is seeking a Duty Manager to be a warm on‑floor presence, supervise daily operations, support departmental leaders and coordinate guest, VIP and events service. You will handle guest concerns, act as escalation point when senior managers are unavailable, lead in emergencies, and ensure smooth handovers between shifts.

• Support departmental leaders and coordinate guest, VIP and events service.

• Ensure smooth handovers between shifts and assist with venue set-ups, maintenance and promotions.
