Crerar Hotels in Scotland and the Lake District is seeking a Duty Manager to lead guest service on the floor, welcome guests, and supervise daily operations. You will support departmental leaders, step in during shifts to maintain high service standards, and handle guest concerns with clear staff communication.

You’ll engage with VIP guests, lead in emergencies, and oversee venue set-ups and handovers to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point in absence of senior management.
