Job summary

SSP is hiring a Duty Manager for Reading Station, Burger King. The role, paying £13.61 per hour, offers 30 hours per week with shifts across Sunday to Thursday and Friday & Saturday evenings.

You will lead a hospitality team, ensure smooth opening/closing, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have prior leadership experience in busy hospitality or retail, enjoy coaching others, and thrive on delivering great customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in busy hospitality or retail environments.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm and proactive during peak periods.
