Qualifications

• Proven track record in fast-paced retail, in roles like Assistant or Duty Manager.
• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills.
• Leads from the front and motivates teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and stock-control systems.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and exceed sales targets through effective floor presentation and stock placement.
• Support Store Manager in achieving KPIs including sales and stock loss.
• Recruit, train, roster and mentor a diverse retail team.
• Create a high-energy customer experience and resolve queries promptly.
• Oversee cash handling, tills, stock control and back-office compliance.
