Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, operating Ego Woodbridge, is seeking a Duty Manager to work alongside the General Manager, leading the team to deliver memorable guest experiences and smooth day-to-day operations.

You'll develop staff, coach service standards, and motivate the team to meet targets while ensuring guests are welcomed and looked after from start to finish. This role offers flexible shifts and a mobile-friendly application process with attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a hospitality/pub environment.
• Ability to train and develop staff to high service standards.
• Strong guest service orientation and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Ensure guests are cared for and feel welcome throughout.
• Strive to achieve business targets and maintain smooth operation.
