Job summary

Ship is hiring a Part Time Duty Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and lead a team to provide excellent guest experiences at one of the UK’s loved pub brands.

You’ll train and coach staff, model great service, and drive guest satisfaction while working flexible shifts with a strong sense of community and team spirit.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or supervisory roles in hospitality.
• Ability to train and inspire teams.
• Customer-focused hosting and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within your team.
• Ensure our guests are cared for and feel welcomed, acting as host to memorable moments.
