EGO - Woodbridge is seeking a Duty Manager to work alongside the General Manager, leading your team to deliver great guest experiences and uphold the high standards of our Mediterranean-inspired operation.

You’ll train and inspire staff, act as a role model, care for guests, and drive key targets while enjoying flexible shifts and a package of staff discounts, Wagestream access, pension, 25 days’ holiday, and other team benefits.

Job description

As Duty Manager at EGO - Woodbridge, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, making sure provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
