Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for EGO - Shrewsbury. You will support the General Manager, mentor staff, and drive excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant management.
• Proven ability to train and inspire a team.
• Ability to act as Duty Manager when required.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.

• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
