We're looking for a leader and confident problem solver to join our casual bank of Duty Managers. If you're all about flexibility and prefer the freedom to work on specific days or cover short-term assignments, this is the role for you.
As a casual worker, you'll have no fixed hours and will work on an as-needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available, and the Council is not obliged to offer you work.
We are looking to build a flexible team of Duty Managers who can support the operation of the facility across a range of shifts. Opportunities may be available during evenings, weekends, bank holidays and school holidays, depending on the needs of the business.
As a Duty Manager, you'll be at the heart of our centre's day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment during operating hours.
We're looking for someone who brings innovation, energy, and strong leadership skills to the table, especially when it comes to solving complex customer and facility issues.
Don't have a First Aid at Work qualification yet? No worries! We'll support you in obtaining it within three months of appointment.
As a casual worker, the council will enhance your hourly rate by 12.07% to compensate you for annual leave.
