Job summary

Wiltshire Council is seeking casual Duty Managers for Clarendon Sports Centre (Trowbridge). The role offers flexible, as-needed shifts with no fixed hours and an hourly rate of £15.56–£16.61, plus 10% unsocial hours for qualifying shifts.

Training support to achieve First Aid at Work is provided within three months of appointment. Positions may involve evenings, weekends, bank holidays and school holidays, with hybrid working and on-site presence at the centre location.

Qualifications

• Casual bank of Duty Managers with flexibility to cover shifts.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays.
• Willingness to complete First Aid at Work within three months.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact during operating hours.
• Ensure a safe, well-maintained environment at all times.
• Support centre operations across a range of shifts.
