Wiltshire Council is seeking casual Duty Managers to support Clarendon Sports Centre in Trowbridge. Work on an as-needed basis with shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays. The role offers an hourly rate with an uplif t for annual leave and training support for First Aid at Work within three months.

You will be the primary contact on duty, ensuring safety and smooth operation of the centre during opening hours. Flexible leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Flexible and adaptable leader with strong problem-solving and customer-service focus.
• First Aid at Work qualification is preferred; Council provides training within three months.
