Rate of Pay / Hours: OTE Up to £30,000 per Annum (Including TRONC) plus Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development / 40 Hours per Week

Role Overview

We are seeking Duty Managers in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The role is heavily focused on Food & Beverage and operational management. Flexibility to work weekends, especially during weddings and events, is essential.

Working across multiple departments, this position offers the chance to collaborate with our F&B and Front Office teams in a busy hotel environment.

You will be a hands-on manager with experience in a busy Food & Beverage setting, looking to develop from Junior to Senior Head of Department roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth operation of all customer-facing departments, including breakfast service, checkout periods, and housekeeping checks.
• Engage in guest relations and ensure high service standards.

Experience in guest relations and an interest in local trends are advantageous. Successful candidates can progress to Head of Department and senior management roles within Malmaison or Hotel du Vin.
