Lydiard Hotel & Conference Centre is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible Hotel Operational Duty Manager to join our professional team. You will use your previous skills to ensure daily operations run smoothly, providing a first-class experience to all users and guests.
Your next role
Responsibilities include daily operations and line supervision of front-of-house staff, guest services, alcohol license management, function room changeovers, staff rostering, liaising with colleagues and departments to ensure seamless operations across all disciplines. Your customer service skills will make you a crucial team member. With knowledge of licensing legislation, you will support the D.P.S., manage health and safety regulations and risk assessments, and support our events team with event management duties.
This role requires a commitment to weekend working, late-night shifts, and a 5 over 7 shift pattern.
Previous experience in the hotel, hospitality, or customer service industry supervision/management is essential.
Candidates must be fluent in English (as required by part 7 of the Immigration Act) for effective communication in a customer-facing role.
